California The Alameda Corridor-East Construction Authority is planning to carry out the Fairway Drive grade separation project in City of Industry. The project involves lowering the road 15 ft under two Union Pacific and Metrolink tracks, located immediately north of the Pomona Freeway (state Route 60) and San Jose Avenue, and building a rail bridge spanning the underpass, to raise the tracks 9 ft at the crossing. Indiana Specialty Bakery LLC is planning to build a production and distribution facility in Indianapolis. Iowa The River Hills Community Health Center is planning to expand its facility in Ottumwa. It intends to build a new, two-story facility adjacent to its existing facility. Mississippi Key Constructors Inc. has started work on the Elvis Presley Birthplace Trail, a downtown Tupelo Main Street enhancement project that will create a pathway from downtown Tupelo to Presley's birthplace. The project includes construction of overlay; roadway and bridge widening; construction of new curbs and sidewalks, striping and traffic signalization for 9,341 ft, from Green Street to the Elvis Presley Birthplace and Museum. Tennessee Grinder Taber & Grinder Inc., the general contractor, has started renovating the Sears Crosstown building in Memphis.
