Francois Jacobs is an associate professor in the civil and architectural engineering department at the University of Wyoming, where he steers the university’s construction management program. He also directs the statewide construction workforce training program.
The UW Civil and Architectural Engineering Dept. has developed a virtual teaching modality that allows industry practitioners to participate in training without leaving their offices or jobsites.
