Renxiang Lu earned his PhD in civil engineering at the University of Wyoming in summer 2020. Currently, he is a post-doc research assistant in construction management in the civil and architectural engineering department, where he conducts research and collaborates with the construction workforce training program across the state.
The UW Civil and Architectural Engineering Dept. has developed a virtual teaching modality that allows industry practitioners to participate in training without leaving their offices or jobsites.
