The 25,000-sq-ft Performing Arts Center serves Combs High School’s art education programs and the San Tan community. 

The Kitt Recital Hall project revived an aging facility by creating a link between Ardrey Auditorium and the Performing and Fine Arts facilities on the Northern Arizona University campus. 

The Aviation Business Center and executive hangars redevelopment at Scottsdale Airport consolidated the center’s administrative offices, customs operations and tenant spaces.

Winners in the annual awards competition include several projects built while facilities were occupied and operational.
