Building a state-of-the-art children’s museum and science center in El Paso’s downtown arts district required overcoming a challenging site and realizing a complex design.
The two contracts will significantly boost the El Paso's production of water for both drinking and irrigation purposes, helping it meet the demands of the rapidly growing desert city.
Phase 1 of this $39.6-million project includes a natatorium, aquatics park and multipurpose facility, providing a 26-acre recreational/cultural hub for a previously underserved community.
