The Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine will serve as a hub of the University of Utah’s health sciences campus.

This federal project recorded a rate of zero for both its OSHA recordable incident rate and lost-time accident rate. These pristine safety numbers come from a project of nearly 18,800 work hours with as many as 300 people on site at a given time.

This expansion effort included a new skybox structure for Utah Tech’s stadium, a state-of-the-art press box, event operations spaces and new athletic training facilities.

At 500,000 sq ft, this warehouse sits on 29 acres and is designed for maximum efficiency as a loading and unloading destination.

This four-year remodel and expansion project included the total renovation of Primary Children’s Hospital’s NICU, oncology and anesthesia departments as well as the neurological trauma unit, nuclear medicine area, IT offices, administrative offices, doctor recovery spaces, LifeFlight services, meditation room and all corridors.

Jacobsen built itself a new headquarters in 2021, and part of the project included an improved warehouse facility. The warehouse offers more efficiency for Jacobsen’s self-performed concrete work and management of rental equipment.
