For this project, crews constructed a 30-ft-deep, below-grade pump station with three 21-million-gallons-per-day (MGD) medium-voltage pumping units and a 3-MW emergency generator.
Built for a new planned community, this fire station includes three deep bays for trucks, administrative offices and living areas that include a fitness room, kitchen, day room, restrooms and outdoor patios.
Located in the middle of Culver City’s creative district, this three-acre development incorporates 75,000 sq ft of office space, 40,000 sq ft of retail shops and restaurants, a nearly one-acre public plaza and two levels of underground parking.
Constructed on one large 5.85-acre foundation, the Aliso features five apartment and two amenity buildings, with 472 residential units, 774 vehicle spaces, commercial space, pool and deck areas and common spaces.
