Product Snapshot: Self-Leveling Laser and Portable Drill Rig

The Lone Star LS200H+ Hydraulic Drill is capable of drilling 6-in. bore holes up to a depth of 200 ft. Designed for drilling in remote locations, the drill can be crated and transported easily. The drill's hydraulic system allows it to drill in sand, clay, gravel and rock formations without additional equipment. It comes with a 1-hp Honda gasoline engine or a 10-hp Yanmar or Hatz diesel engine. The unit operates at 70 rpm with 375 ft-lb of max torque. Lone Star Drills; 800-227-7515; www.lonestardrills.com

The DW083K Self-Leveling 3-Beam Laser Pointer features a rubber overmold housing and high-impact plastic base. A magnetic pivoting bracket allows for the laser pointer to be mounted on metal surfaces. The distance from the front of the pointer to the top beam is exactly 3/4 in., making measuring easier. A pendulum lock prevents damage to the self-leveling pendulum mechanism when the laser pointer is not in use. The DW083K laser pointer is able to self-level in approximately two seconds. The PEX-a Pipe Support is a steel channel that provides continuous support of cross-linked polyethylene in suspended piping applications. The support allows for hanger spacings comparable to that of copper pipe. The PEX-a Pipe Support is available in 9-ft lengths for 1-in., 11/4-in., 11/2-in. and 2-in. PEX-a pipe sizes. The support channel can be used in commercial plumbing as well as heating and cooling distribution systems. Uponor Inc.; 800-321-4739; www.uponor-usa.com
