The two-building campus on a 301,389-sq-ft site draws inspiration from Peru’s diverse ecosystems—coast, highlands, and jungle. Connecting visually and physically to the Hablador River, the fluid design of the complex replaces traditional classroom models with flexible, interconnected spaces that adapt to various teaching styles.
The library is a central hub, flanked by more than 161,000 sq ft of classrooms and laboratories on one side, and about 54,000 sq ft of common areas on the other.
Construction methods focused on future adaptability, with modular partitions and reused elements supporting long-term flexibility.
Materials were chosen for educational value and sustainability. Passive design features include natural cross-ventilation, high-performance glazing and solar shading through bamboo facades.
