Concrete Floor Treatment: Newly Reformulated

The MCI POWR 100 concrete surface treatment has been reformulated to better repel water, protect against corrosion and provide oil and stain resistance for concrete flooring. In tests conducted by the manufacturer, the treatment was found to perform as well as or better than silane-based sealants in water and oil resistance, and showed resistance to pooling oil for two to three weeks of exposure. The single-component treatment is meant for use with concrete surfaces regularly exposed to oil, grease or water, including parking garages and industrial settings. Cortec; www.cortecvci.com
