Georgia Hunt Guillot and Associates has started construction of a bio-coal manufacturing plant in Cordele for Vega Biofuels. Illinois Northwestern University currently is evaluating bids for the Bienen School of Music building in Evanston. California 6/20 The City of Los Angeles is seeking proposals and statements of qualifications for design and construction support services for the Sixth Street Viaduct replacement. The project entails designing a replacement for the viaduct, which is 3,500 ft long and four lanes wide and spans the Los Angeles River, the Santa Ana Freeway and the Golden State Freeway as well as Metrolink and Union Pacific railroad tracks and several local streets.
