Manufacturer announces the official launch of the new Diamond Saw Blade line. More than 60 blades of all sizes compile the line. These include 37 segmented, 11 turbo and 14 continuous rim blade designs. Combining Bosch patented manufacturing processes such as laser fusion, the new line offers up to 30% faster cut times, the company says. The blade line can be used in a broad range of applications for cutting concrete, rebar, brick pavers, marble, slate, ceramic tile and more. The new Vector Control System allows two-way communication between the radio remote box and the concrete pump. Operators can retrieve important information without returning to the pump. The system features continuous operational data mapping, real-time graphical status displays and advanced diagnostics. It utilizes twin joysticks on the remote box for pin-point accuracy. A new split column assembly for mezzanines permits installations where overhead obstructions would otherwise interfere with the full column length. The split column is easier to maneuver and lift in two half-size sections. It can be designed with openings at the bolted connections to allow obstructions such as sprinkler piping to pass through, eliminating the rerouting of existing mechanical systems. GlassWalk is a pre-engineered structural flooring system that utilizes laminated glass lites ranging from 12 x 12 in. up to 24 x 58 in. in size. The laminated glass installs easily on site and is available in over 30 different ceramic frit patterns that insure a non-slip finish, the maker says. Custom radius corners, curves or special size or shape laminated glass can be created. Applications for GlassWalk flooring include floors, landings, walkways and stairs. It is also suitable for waterworks facilities to allow easy visual inspection of water controls. The TH580B, the largest model in the B-Series line of telehandlers, features a four-section boom that allows the machine to lift loads as high as 56 ft and to reach forward 42 ft. It has an operating weight of 27,465 lb, a rated load capacity of 11,000 lb and three steering modes. In addition, new work tools and other options are included to help expand the versatility of this machine.
