The new Pow'r-Buddy 10 Series is a lightweight, portable 10,000-psi power pump that is designed for a broad range of industrial and construction applications. It weighs 29 lb and also can be used for projects that require long extension cords and/or power from portable generators, the maker says. Features include a 115 VAC universal motor capable of operating on as low as 60 volts, yet powerful enough to start under full load. Its two-speed operation provides for faster advances, making this unit appropriate for use with small to medium-size hydraulic cylinders and tools. Both concrete mixers are capable of handling small mixing jobs on construction sites and other applications. Model 25CMP is a wheelbarrow-style mixer with adjustable handles. A new manufacturing technology helps solve the challenges of adding insulating foam to precast concrete wall panels, making the Versa Core line the first hollow-core product to cast in window and door openings. In addition to design flexibility, the new line also improves heating and cooling efficiency up to 30%. The VersaCore process puts insulating expanded polystyrene foam billets directly into the wet concrete, eliminating the cost of the gravel and equipment to remove it.
