PCL Construction is soon to complete the $149-million 16th Street Mall makeover project in downtown Denver, part of a $937-million spending package to elevate infrastructure across the city.
After three years of planning, budgeting and preconstruction, along with pandemic-related delays, the Avalanche Locker Room project was finally greenlit in February 2022.
The Hydro building is the third and final building on the CSU Spur complex at the National Western Center. Renovating the 1930s-era building meant updating an old space with modern electrical and construction materials while matching vintage form and function to make a modern, functional space.
The 250-acre National Western Center sits on the historic grounds of the National Western Stock Show. This $104-million project upgraded horizontal infrastructure, preserved historical structures and prepared the campus for construction of new indoor and outdoor spaces.
At $1.3 billion, Central 70 is Colorado’s largest highway infrastructure project in state history. Made possible through a public-private partnership, the project rebuilt 10 miles of Interstate 70, added an express lane in each direction, removed a 50-year-old viaduct and lowered the interstate below grade between Brighton and Colorado boulevards.
