Officials of INEOS Olefins and Polymers USA, along with NextEra Energy Resources, recently had a groundbreaking for INEOS Hickerson Solar, a 130-MW solar energy project in Bosque County, Texas.
To date, more than $4 billion in funding has been secured for the critical Pacific Northwest transportation link with $1.5 billion in estimated toll revenue as well.
