The Country Club Plaza developers reinvented a former motor lodge on Route 66—previously unoccupied and dilapidated—into a connection point for downtown and Old Town Albuquerque.

The 44-acre Bernalillo High School was part of a $35.2-million, multiphased renovation that reduced older infrastructure to 130,000 sq ft from 200,000.

Big-D collaborated with owner Newmont Mining Corp., GSBS Architects and an extensive team of engineers through the preconstruction phase for the mine and its onsite facilities.

Located in central Phoenix, Sky Harbor International Airport is being transformed by the $200-million first phase of a three-phase project that includes four main components: a new consolidated checkpoint, additional ticket counters, new baggage claim devices and exterior and interior finishes.
