CALDWELL Kathy J. Caldwell, president of Caldwell Cook & Associates, a Gainesville, Fla., design firm, will become president of The American Society of Civil Engineers, Reston, Va., on Oct. 22. She is an adjunct engineering professor at the University of Florida, Gainesville. Caldwell was president of JEA Construction Engineering Services Inc. and vice president of its parent, Jones Edmunds & Associates Inc. LARRABEE Lisa V. Larrabee has been named president and CEO of Harris & Associates, a Concord, Calif., professional services firm, effective on Oct. 18. ACTON BMW Constructors Inc., Indianapolis, has elected Brian K. Acton to president and chief operating officer in a planned corporate succession action.
