AMEC Hires Former Phillips 66 Top Executive

Brig. Gen. Clarence D. Turner, commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Pacific division in San Francisco, now is commander of its South Atlantic division in Atlanta. Brig. Gen. Michael C. Wehr also is named commander of the Corps Mississippi Valley division in Vicksburg, Miss. Previously, he was director of the joint engineering directorate for U.S. military forces in Afghanistan.
