Pennsylvania  Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch is planning to build a facility with the same name on a 334-acre site at 8069 Corner Rd. in Mercersburg. There will also be a truck scale and manure pellet-storage space near the barns, with packing rooms and coolers in another structure. The project is valued at $90 million. Utah Dixie State University is planning to build a Human Performance Center on its campus in Saint George.
