Virginia The Naval Facilities Engineering Command has awarded a $15.9-million, firm-fixed-price task order under a multiple-award construction contract to Hourigan Construction to design-build a logistics support facility and military working-dog facility at Naval Air Station Oceana, Dam Neck Annex, in Virginia Beach. The logistics support facility is a 30,000-sq-ft concrete-masonry building with a passenger-freight elevator.
