Connecticut The Connecticut Dept. of Transportation is planning to replace the 118-year-old Norwalk River rail bridge, known as the "Walk Bridge." Illinois The College of Lake County is planning to build a new science building on its campus in Grayslake. Ohio Black & Veatch Corp. has started building the Oregon Clean Energy Center in Oregon, Ohio.
