Louisiana The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority has awarded a $10.6-million contract to AECOM for design work on the New Orleans streetcar expansion project's second phase, which includes the mile-long section of the Rampart/St. Claude transit corridor that serves the French Quarter and other neighborhoods.
