Elimnate Mounting Hardware

The new Steel City wrap-mount boxes are designed to help electrical contractors save time during steel box installations on the job site. The bracket wraps around a steel stud and eliminates box-mounting hardware. Four-square boxes are available in deep and shallow versions. A switch box version is also available. Hydraulic Travel System

Hydraulic Diamond Wire Saw
Rubber-Coated Diamond Wire

Model DSM-10A compact hydraulic saw from Hakken can be attached to concrete structures or anchored to the floor. It operates at 3,000 psi and is suitable for concrete removal and repair while installing doors and windows, and on anchor mounts in factories and warehouses. The saw’s drive feed system uses an electric torque converter that permits a quicker response to the wire load. Above-Grade Wall Protection

Manufacturer introduces Perm-A-Barrier Liquid, an air and vapor barrier product. It will protect above-grade wall assemblies against the damaging effects of air, vapor and water ingress, as well as provide an effective barrier against air infiltration and exfiltration while minimizing the associated energy loss and condensation problems, according to the maker. The product can be spray-applied directly to green or damp-to-touch concrete and masonry surfaces and a variety of other substrates with minimal surface preparation. Line of G-Series excavators features operator cabs made out of formed steel with a larger glass surface.
