Heatlok Soy Insulation is the first of a series of environmentally friendly products that the manufacturer is developing for commercial buildings. It is a rigid, spray-on polyurethane insulating foam that is comprised of more than 20% recycled plastic material and soy. According to the manufacturer, the product can reduce energy waste by up to 50% because it exceeds government performance standards for air barrier materials by as much as 500%. The closed-cell foam expands as it dries to fill the building’s shell to prevent moisture from forming. By filling gaps and cracks in a building’s shell, the foam can lead to reduced heating and cooling costs.

The ST-50 Tracked Utility Vehicle is a multi-purpose machine capable of traversing many kinds of terrain with its suspended rubber-track undercarriage. It can be adapted to a wide variety of configurations for towing, hauling, plowing or dumping with an optional hydraulics system. The undercarriage has 24 rubber idler wheels that evenly distribute the vehicle’s weight, resulting in the ST-50’s low ground pressure. It is powered by a 2.2-liter, four-cylinder diesel engine, and boasts a 30-gallon fuel tank for extra range. Other options include a roof assembly, windshield with wiper and cab heater.

he EX8017 is a lightweight, aluminum-tank air compressor intended for industrial applications. It has a 2.5-gallon twin-stack tank and 1-hp motor that delivers 2 cu ft of air per minute at 90 psi. Due to its aluminum construction the unit weighs only 30 lb, and will provide cleaner air because the tank will not rust like traditional steel-tank air compressors. It has a maintenance-free, oilless pump and an easy-to-read recessed control panel. The protective roll bar features a built-in grip for easy transport. he Pullzall lifting and pulling tool is able to lift or pull loads of up to 1,000 lb. The unit’s 15-ft-long, 7⁄32-in.-thick wire rope is secured to the load with a swiveling anchor hook. The cable direction is controlled by a simple toggle, switch, while a variable speed trigger allows for precise control of retraction or extension. The Pullzall has an electronic load limiter with an LED indicator to warn of overloading. The unit is available in a standard corded model (below) or in a cordless version powered by rechargeable NiMH battery packs. ccording to the manufacturer, the BRA304 Series of LED warning lamps are able to light for 4,728 hours in flashing mode with twin 6-volt DC batteries, significantly longer than traditional filament-based warning lamps. The BRA304 has a quick-disconnect bayonet base that mounts directly into a standard socket. The LED itself has a lifetime of 100,000 hours.
