Gail Corrigan has joined Kleinfelder Inc., the San Diego-based engineering firm, as senior project manager in Houston. The new role follows the firm's Dec. 30 acquisition of Corrigan Consulting Inc., a Houston environmental services firm of which Corrigan was founder and president.

ISC, a Baton Rouge, La.-based industrial engineering, construction and maintenance firm, has appointed Patrick "Paddy" Doyle to its business development team in Beaumont, Texas.

Pete Pankey and Eric Kelly have joined TEPCO Inc., a Dallas-based glazing design and specialty firm, as project managers. Jim MacDermott and Jennifer Holloway have been hired as estimators, specializing in renovation and software integration, respectively.
