Chris Sorauf, Alan Frese and Gregory Santos recently were promoted at Rosendin Electric. Sorauf was named division manager for the firm's Santa Clara operations; Frese assumes new responsibilities as division manager for Rosendin's San Jose building division; and Santos has been named operations manager for the greater Bay Area.

Kristina Owyoung has joined Pankow as marketing manager in Northern California. Owyoung brings six years of marketing, communications and business development experience and is a LEED AP BD+C. Prior to joining Pankow, she was the business development and marketing manager for LCA Architects Inc., which is based in Walnut Creek and Oakland. A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, she has a bachelor's degree in communication studies.

Patricia Kolin has rejoined the Ware Malcomb team as studio manager, interior architecture and design, in the Los Angeles office. Kolin brings more than 30 years of industry expertise to the position, including work at Ware Malcomb's Northern California office from 1999 to 2000.

She is a certified interior designer and member of the Southern California chapter of the International Interior Design Association. She previously served on the Green Building Development Committee for the city of Santa Rosa.

Shelley Doran has been promoted to senior vice president at Webcor Builders, San Mateo. Among Doran's primary responsibilities are business development and national, state and local governmental affairs. She was appointed to Webcor's executive committee in February of this year. Doran joined Webcor in 2000 and has more than 30 years of experience in the building and development industry.

Steven Bultman has been named a senior project manager in the Sacramento office of Parsons Brinckerhoff. In his new position, Bultman will be part of PB's western region aviation group and will be responsible for project/program management, civil engineering, various airport projects, utilities coordination, client management, business development and quality assurance/quality control.

Anthony “Tony” Leketa, Parsons Group president in Pasadena, has been elected first vice president of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). Leketa is a fellow and life member of SAME, having served previously as second vice president and chair of the society's Academy of Fellows. Before joining Parsons in 2005, he had a 35-year career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Leketa is a registered professional engineer.
