As in past years, this year’s survey provides criteria for the annual Contractor of the Year for the New York region. The award honors one general contractor or construction manager firm for its business in New York and/or New Jersey.
To be considered for Contractor of the Year, email answers to the follow questions to Justin Rice at ricej@enr.com and Johanna Knapschaefer at knapj@enr.com.
1. What are your three top projects? Tell us a little bit about them. This can include ongoing projects or projects you just completed or just won. Please send some photos from those projects.
2. What do you attribute your firm's recent success to? If you've had an increase in revenue the last few years, what do you attribute that too?
3. How do you contribute to your community? How many charities are you involved with and in what ways? If you would like you can tell us how much money you contribute to charities each year.
The final rankings of the top contractors and the Contractor of the Year profile feature will be published in the July 17 print issue of ENR New York/New England, and will also appear online.
