Our Construction CPM Conference is taking shape and on-track for January 12-15,  2011 at the Walt Disney Swan & Dolphin Resort in sunny Florida.

Past blog postings have discussed the planning and we now have our website “up and running” and are accepting registrations.See www.constructioncpm.com for details. Based on YOUR comments, we will let you “lock in” early bird pricing with a $50 deposit before 15MAY10, remainder to be paid by October 15 of this year.

While most of the speakers and sessions have been placed in the program, there are still a few Project Showcase sessions available. We would love to hear from you as to how superior CPM scheduling helped a challenged project fly.
