Al Barkouli, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Portland-based David Evans and Associates is the 2023 Legacy Award recipient for ENR Northwest.

In the December 12 print issue, ENR Northwest will include its annual Top Specialty Contractors ranking by both total regional revenue and by sector, featuring subcontracting firms from across Washington, Oregon and Alaska.

Washington received $97.7 million in RAISE grants for seven projects. Three projects each from Oregon and Alaska were also chosen for the program.
