Biodomes. The photos really say it all, but, just to be safe, I’ll let you know that Amazon—along with its three skyscrapers already planned for downtown Seattle—also hopes to build three conjoined biodomes.

The greenhouse-reminiscent domes will house 65,000 square feet of office and retail space, clad in special glass. Lead architect NBBJ first released plans in May, but recently updated the drawings and sizes, which shows us they have now decided to go with a five-sided Catalan-styled sphere, giving the Amazon proposal a look more unique than what we’ve seen elsewhere in the world.
