ENR's Legacy Awards are presented annually to individuals who have achieved a lifetime legacy of service in design and construction, and who have offered their time and expertise in giving back to the profession and to the communities in which they live.

The Legacy Awards program recognizes industry veterans with many years of experience and long lists of contributions to their profession and communities.

Glen Kaneshige with Nordic PCL Construction, Erin McConahey with Arup and Cary Kopczynski of CKC Structural Engineers have been named 2025 Legacy Award winners for ENR West.
