This two-floor renovation was designed with growth in mind. Spanning the 47th and 48th floors of the Wells Fargo Building in Bunker Hill, the project features contemporary design with an interconnecting staircase, an interior water feature, a loggia, green walls and distinctive millwork, lighting and furniture elements.
As a facility that delivers world-class diplomatic training and career-long learning opportunities, this 220,000-sq-ft, four-story building provides office suites and classrooms along with a large multipurpose room to accommodate a variety of functions.
Encompassing nearly 300,000 sq ft on a 70-acre site, the three-building aluminum remelt and extrusion complex allows scrap metal to be remelted into 24-ft-long billets ranging in diameter from 7 to 18 in.
