The Grand LA, a mixed-used development in the heart of Los Angeles’ Cultural District, represents the culmination of decades of investment and planning to revitalize the downtown area.

Potrero Canyon spans 46 acres of steep slopes along the coastline of the Pacific Palisades. A series of landslides have long plagued homes and properties around the coastal bluffs of the canyon as far back as the 1950s.

Built in 1911, the Rose Garden Tea Room at the Huntington Library, Art Museum and Botanical Gardens was originally designed as a billiard room and bowling alley for Henry E. Huntington.

A comprehensive modernization effort transformed the existing Logan K-8 and Memorial Prep campuses into a unified TK-12 complex for the San Diego Unified School District, completed in December 2022.

Completed in August 2022, Chino Valley Unified School District’s new high school accommodates about 2,700 students.

Designed pro bono by architect Frank Gehry, the Children’s Institute Inc.’s Watts Campus is a two-story, steel-framed facility at the corner of E. 102nd Street and Success Avenue in Watts, Calif./p>

This two-floor renovation was designed with growth in mind. Spanning the 47th and 48th floors of the Wells Fargo Building in Bunker Hill, the project features contemporary design with an interconnecting staircase, an interior water feature, a loggia, green walls and distinctive millwork, lighting and furniture elements.

As a facility that delivers world-class diplomatic training and career-long learning opportunities, this 220,000-sq-ft, four-story building provides office suites and classrooms along with a large multipurpose room to accommodate a variety of functions.

A fast-tracked 18-month schedule brought this six-story, 258,000-sq-ft building from kickoff to substantial completion in March 2023.

Encompassing nearly 300,000 sq ft on a 70-acre site, the three-building aluminum remelt and extrusion complex allows scrap metal to be remelted into 24-ft-long billets ranging in diameter from 7 to 18 in.
