Dodge offers data on projected 2018 construction starts in the Cheyenne area and southern Wyoming.

The nonresidential sector soared in June, lifted by the start of several large manufacturing and office projects.

The May increase follows a 12% decline in April and shows total construction reaching the highest level reported over the past eight months. 

Public works and electric utilities rebound after a weak February.
