The scope of work on TDIndustries’ new Houston complex included constructing a 38,000-sq-ft, two-story office building, a 14,000-sq-ft materials storage warehouse and a 6,000-sq-ft shop for the assembling and sectioning of ductwork as well as the prefabrication of pipe hangers and miscellaneous components.
