Construction leaders across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas are optimistic about regional construction activity moving into the second half of 2018, despite new May figures from the Associated General Contractors of America showing the nationwide unemployment rate in construction has increased.
ENR Texas & Louisiana’s annual Top Project Starts ranking will feature a list of the top 25 largest project starts in 2017 by total value from across the region, which includes Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas.
A jury of six industry experts has completed its review of 108 entries in ENR Texas & Louisiana's 2017 Best Projects competition. Jurors have recognized 37 projects across 17 categories as the region's best.
