AECOM Technology Corp., Los Angeles, has named William L. "Bill" Hadden vice president of minerals and metals, responsible for developing new business in the U.S. He is formerly director of project development for WorleyParsons in Brazil, with concurrent responsibilities in other South America countries, according to the firm.

J. Michael Potter, a partner at Baltimore-based RK&K, now is chairman of the Construction Management Association of America, elected at its Chicago convention in October. He is in charge of RK&K's construction-management and inspection division. Mimi Rainero Coles, sales and business development manager at Permatile Concrete Products Co., Bristol, Va., is the new chairwoman of the National Precast Concrete Association, elected at its New Orleans convention on Oct. 6.
