HDR Inc., Omaha, has announced executive changes resulting from a company succession. George A. Little is named chairman, CEO and president, succeeding Richard R. Bell, who stepped down from the roles in December but remains a director. Bell is a 37-year HDR veteran who led its employee ownership effort in 1996. Little had been president of HDR Engineering Inc., the firm's largest unit. Succeeding him is Eric Keen, who joined HDR in 1993; he was executive vice president of the unit's transportation business group since 2004.
Chris Wissemann has joined Atlantic City, N.J.-based Fishermen's Energy as CEO. The firm seeks to build a demonstration offshore wind farm in state waters about 2.8 miles off the coast of Atlantic City to produce about 25 MW of generating capacity. Wissemann had been managing director of Great Lakes Wind Energy, Youngstown, Ohio. He also was a president of Garden State Offshore Energy, Hoboken, N.J., and a founder of Deepwater Wind, Providence, R.I.
