The Gateway Development Commission, which leads rail infrastructure projects along a New Jersey-New York section of the Northeast Corridor including the $16.1-billion Hudson Tunnel Project, recently appointed its chief financial officer, Patrick McCoy, to serve as acting CEO. He “will ensure continuity at GDC and that the ongoing active construction in New York, New Jersey and in the Hudson River continues uninterrupted,” the commission board said. A committee within GDC continues its search for a permanent replacement for former CEO Kris Kolluri, who resigned this month.
