The City of Aspen is planning to build the Lumberyard affordable housing development on an 11.3-acre site next to the Airport Business Center. Central Maine Power and Avangrid Renewables are planning to carry out a power line upgrade project. The City of Omaha Libraries is planning to develop a new central public library at 72nd and Dodge Street. American Airlines is planning to build a maintenance base in Tulsa.
