The City of Mesa is planning to construct the Central Mesa Reuse Pipeline. Juneau Construction has started renovating the Bryan Mall high-rise dorms at Clemson University. The three buildings—Byrnes, Lever and Manning halls—total 306,000 sq ft and contain 1,450 beds.
