Low and Slow: The Mile-High Climb

Arriving at sunset over the Kanas border into Eastern Colorado, Low & Slow crept onto a $22 million dollar ripping-and-tearing-up job of the Eastbound I-70. At sunset Mrs. Martin was circled by men covered in a day�s dirt and dust from heavy lifting. The Low and Slow tour climbed out of the Kansas Prarie to The Mile High City - Denver. The boom town known for its busts too is booming again. Denver�s Mayor Michael Hancock�s Executive Director of the Department of Public Works, Jose Cornejo, P.E., briefed The Low and Slow team: Aileen, Dan and Mark Shaw of ENR. Tara Bettale cheers at the arrival of one of the first test trains to arrive at DIA.
