Newpoint Gas LLC is planning to construct a blue hydrogen production and hydrogen-fired power plant at the former Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant site in Piketon. The plant will process natural gas to produce hydrogen and have the capacity to generate 300 MW of electric power.
