Clean Energy Fuels Corp. is planning to construct a renewable natural gas plant at the Millenkamp dairy farm in Jerome. The project scope includes construction of equipment foundations; erection of dairy waste feeder and anaerobic digester tanks and structural steel; and installation of gas separation, purification and compression equipment, and air emissions and odor control equipment. INDIANA

JEM Farms South Bend is planning to construct an indoor farm and distribution center on a 150-acre site in South Bend. The project scope includes construction of buildings with distribution space and 100 acres of greenhouse structures, and purchase and installation of conveyors and picking, sorting, scanning and packaging equipment and systems. The facility will have the capacity to produce 1.3 million lb of strawberries and 70 million lb of tomatoes per year. Agra Greenhouse Group LLC has been selected to provide design-build services for the project. Construction is expected to begin in the late third or early fourth quarter of 2022. TENNESSEE

Hyperion Metals Ltd. is planning to construct a heavy mineral sands extraction mine and concentrator in Camden. The Titan Project scope includes design and construction of building space and loadout facilities; purchase and erection of structural steel, and purchase and installation of a feeder, conveyors, centrifuges and screening, gravity or magnetic separation, flotation, upgrading and concentrate loadout equipment. Hatch Ltd. has been selected to provide a scoping study for the project. Construction is expected to begin in 2023. The facility will be used to extract heavy minerals and rare earth elements including titanium, zircon, monazite, xenotime, rutile, ilmenite and staurolite.
