Minnesota Ryan Companies US, Inc. is planning to create an extensive mixed-use development in the Highland Park neighborhood of Saint Paul. Washington The Naval Facilities Engineering Command has awarded Manson Construction Co. an $89.4-million firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a Seawolf-Class Service Pier Extension at Naval Base Kitsap Bangor. The project entails constructing a 520-ft by 68-ft single-level, reinforced concrete, general-purpose submarine berthing pier extension to the existing pier, with pier-side utilities, communication systems and two 580-sq-ft concrete floating camels.
