Indiana Greenleaf Foods is planning to construct a plant-based protein manufacturing facility in Shelbyville. Greenleaf, which is a subsidiary of Maple Leaf Foods, makes vegetarian burgers, vegetarian hot dogs, and other plant-based protein products.
