North Dakota The Garrison Diversion Conservancy District is planning to carry out the Red River Valley Water Supply Project. The project entails constructing a 165-mile-long, 72-in.-dia pipeline to carry water from the Missouri River near Washburn to empty into the Sheyenne River above Baldhill Dam, a reservoir north of Valley City. The pipeline will augment water supplies in 35 communities in central North Dakota and the Red River valley during long periods of drought. Ohio The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District is planning to construct the Shoreline Storage Area Tunnel in Cleveland, along the I-90 corridor, from East 55th Street to Eddy Road. The SSAT, a combined sewer overflow tunnel, will be 21 ft dia and extend 15,500 ft from its gated connection to the Dugway Storage Tunnel; it will include six tunnel shafts and multiple near-surface diversion and gate control structures.
