The compensation gap between construction sector men and women in the same role has dropped from a 36% figure last year in a survey by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors reported by British industry publication UK Building, but still is double digit.
The analysis appears one month before all UK firms of more than 250 employees must report gender-based compensation to the UK government in the second of now annual reports.
