Colorado Callahan Capital Partners is planning to build Tabor Two Office Tower, adjacent to the existing Tabor Center on 17th Street in Denver. Tabor Two will be a 33-story, 800,000-sq-ft office building with retail space at street level and an outdoor terrace on the third floor that will connect both towers. Connecticut Scannell Properties is planning to construct a Coca-Coladistribution center in South Windsor. It will include 219,000 sq ft of office and warehouse space and a separate 38,000-sq-ft warehouse. It is being designed by Design Group Facility Solutions. The project is valued at $42.4 million.
