California and Texas CEMEX USA is planning to construct concrete admixture blending facilities at two of its cement plants in Texas and California. Each project scope includes construction of a 20,000-sq-ft building, and purchase and installation of chemical storage tanks and mixing, blending, filling and packaging equipment. Florida SolarTech Universal LLC is considering establishing a second, photovoltaic solar panel assembly plant at an unselected site in Florida. West Virginia ND Paper LLC is planning to acquire and expand the Resolute Forest Products Inc. recycled pulp mill in Fairmont. The project scope includes building upgrades and purchase and installation of equipment to increase recycled bleached kraft pulp (RBK) production capacity. The mill currently produces approximately 218,000 metric tons of air-dried RBK per year.
