Portable Power: Battery Charging Station
The DeWalt 1800W Portable Power Station can provide standard AC power in locations without on-site power. Powered by four DeWalt 20-volt Max batteries, the station can provide 1,800W at 15 amps of continuous power, with 3,600W of peak power. With low noise levels and no emissions, the unit can work in indoor environments, where generators are not usable. The Hilti PR 2-HS Rotating Laser has an operating range of up to 1,968 ft when used with a PRA 20 receiver. The laser’s durable casing can survive 5-ft drops from a tipped-over tripod and has full drop protection up to 3 ft. The laser rotates at 300 rpm and boasts an accuracy of plus or minus 0.02 in. The laser can provide accurate readings on horizontal or sloped surfaces, allowing it to be used in a variety of jobsite layout and quality-control tasks. The John Deere 245G LC Reduced Tail Swing Excavator is now powered by a 159-hp diesel engine that meets Tier 4 Final emissions standards. The 28-ton machine boasts a smaller tail-swing radius than the larger model, allowing it to work with greater ease on tight jobsites and in crowded urban environments. In addition to the updated engine, the 245G LC now has a rearview camera and an auxiliary hydraulic system, which comes with programmable attachment modes as standard features.
